WEBSITE AND CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Prices on this website are expressed in New Zealand Dollars. We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via the website are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
Keyeza Ltd uses ANZ eGate, a robust, high-availability technology platform operated and supported by MasterCard International, and integrated with ANZ Bank systems for online transactions with secure storage and transport of transaction information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Keyeza Ltd aims to deliver all stocked items within 5 working days in New Zealand and 6-10 working days to Australia. International delivery is made by airmail. The delivery charge will be applied according to the total weight of your order and will be displayed on the shopping cart page when you select shipping region. You will pay the delivery, handling, packaging and insurance charges related to your purchase order. We recommend for large orders you choose Postage & Tracking. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are legally allowed to import Keyeza Ltd products into their own country and to be responsible for any tariffs, taxes, duties or charges that may apply. We will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part order. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you or if you are to arrange delivery, when the goods are available for collection by you. Delivery may be made by installments. We will dispatch all "in stock" goods within 5-10 working days depending on area. We deliver to New Zealand and Australia Only.
SUPPLY
On receipt of a purchase order we will endeavor to supply you with the goods ordered, but we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfill, or are unable to fulfill, an order.
RETURNS
Keyeza Ltd endeavours to deliver products to our customers in perfect condition. If the product is found to be faulty we will replace the product or refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery) within 10 days of delivery of returned product. However, we are unable to accept liability for products damaged in transit and we will not refund on a "change of mind" basis.
PRIVACY POLICY
Keyeza Ltd respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993 and is required to comply with the privacy principles in respect of the collection of personal information from individuals.The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the images for the products displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. However, Keyeza Ltd cannot guarantee that images exactly represent actual products or packaging. We are continuously working on improving the website and reserve the right to change product images at any time without prior notice.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colours of our products that appear on the website are as accurate as possible. However, because the actual colours you see when using the website depend on the monitor or display interface you are using, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be a completely accurate representation of actual products or packing.
NEW ZEALAND LAW
